Understanding My Temperament

My Temperament Profile

Temperament describes patterns in how you react, what you notice, what draws you toward experiences, and how you guide your attention and actions.

There are no good or bad scores. Higher does not always mean better. Think about how you are most of the time, not only on your best or hardest days.

This is an educational reflection activity. It is not a diagnostic test, a standardized psychological assessment, or a substitute for professional advice.
