Welcome to our therapy space where we embrace your unique journey and interests!

Here, we combine three powerful approaches to support your growth and healing:

1. Empowering Resilience: Our therapy is centered around understanding and healing from difficult past experiences, fostering a positive and nurturing bond between you and your therapist.
2. Embracing Your Inner Hero: We integrate the principles of positive psychology to empower you to discover your strengths, resilience, and inner potential, allowing you to overcome challenges and create a fulfilling life.
3. Embracing Geek Culture: At our therapy practice, we celebrate your passions and interests, whether it’s comics, movies, games, or any geeky pursuits. We believe in utilizing the power of your interests to enhance your therapeutic journey.

With our trauma and attachment-focused approach, coupled with the positive psychology lens and celebration of geek culture, we create a safe and inclusive space where you can explore your story, find healing, and embrace your authentic self. Let’s embark on this adventure together!
